		<description>I spent some time listening to music and some time not listening to music. :) I&#039;ve found a balance, it&#039;s not something I struggle with. 

I did, however, go on a jog/walk around the lake with my brother. It was relaxing and peaceful. It caused me to reflect on how blessed and thankful we are. If anyone is interested in going out and breaking away from life... let me know.</description>
